Biography
Gerald spent 34 years as a mid-level insurance adjuster and has been a ghost for 64 years, which means he has now been dead for nearly twice as long as he was alive. He has not adjusted to this. Gerald approaches haunting the same way he approached everything in life: with excessive preparation, a laminated checklist, and a complete inability to improvise when things go sideways. Things always go sideways.
